Returns Policy

We take great care to provide healthy, high-quality plants at the time of sale. As these are living products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Under New Zealand Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund only if the product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet the guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Once purchased, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide appropriate care, including correct planting, watering, and placement. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for plants that fail due to neglect, overwatering, or unsuitable conditions.

If you believe your plant arrived unhealthy or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist.
